Call for Applications for Teaching Positions at the African School of Technology and Business in Yaoundé

Within the framework of the development of its activities and in the interest of combining academic excellence with ethical responsibility, the African School of Technology and Business, which is a private institute of higher education located in the city of Yaoundé, is seeking Teaching Positions for its needs, distributed as follows:
- Mathematics;
- Accounting and finance;
- Commerce-Sales;
- Logistic and transport;
- Economics;
- Communication and marketing;
- Business and Corporate Law;
- Computer Science;
- Computer Graphics et web design;
- Hotels and Restaurants.
MISSION
Under the direct authority of the Director, the Teacher carries out the following missions:
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of training programs;
- Evaluation within the framework of student's positioning and monitoring during training;
- Implementation of work-study training strategies;
- Educational monitoring.
PROFIL
- Hold a higher-level diploma (GCE Advanced Level + 3 minimum) in the relevant or related specialties;
- Have proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
- Have leadership and team management skills, as well as a proven ability to motivate others to work collaboratively;
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Master the use of IT tools, Ms OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, etc.);
- Be rigorous, impartial, honest and have a spirit of synthesis, an analytical capacity;
- Have a sense of listening, excellent writing and relational skills;
- Have a good command of French and/or English.

- a detailed curriculum vitae with references (supporting documents);
- a compliant scan of the diploma;
- a scan of the birth certificate.
After pre-selection of the files, only candidates with a compliant file will be called for an interview. The selected candidate must, before finalizing the contractualization procedure, produce certified photocopies of the birth certificate and diploma, to which he/she will add an extract from the criminal record.
